Black Angel never gives out any names or information about our clients to ANYONE outside the company. We do NOT sell any lists or names that we obtain. Personal information such as: name, address, credit card number, expiration date, are collected for the sole purpose of processing and updating your order. We may email specials on our products from time to time to customers who have previously placed or tried to place orders with us, if you prefer not to receive emails please let us know and we will be glad to remove your email address.
We are committed to shipping your order promptly and discreetly. All packages are shipped in either plain wrapping or Priority Mail packaging. For in-stock items you should typically receive your merchandise within 3-4 weeks. If we find that an item or size that you order is out of stock or is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible, so that you can decide whether to wait until it is in stock, make a substitution, or cancel your order. Back-ordered items are typically shipped within 5-6 weeks depending on availability.
All Sales Final on Wigs, Costumes, Costume Accessories, Sale items, & Gag-Gifts. *For Your Protection and due to Health Regulations, we cannot accept returned intimate personal products involving physical contact. Including but not limited to Cremes & Lotions, Intimate Toys, Bottoms (which includes: G-Strings, Thongs, Bikinis, Boxers, Underwear, Bodystockings and Nylons, or any Garment that has a panty attached. This includes two piece sets that have bottoms with them. Please order carefully.
Some items we sell are risqué and considered to be adult novelties and are not suitable for persons under the age of 18. By submitting your order you are confirming you are at least 18 years of age.
Manufacture Defects may be exchanged within 10 days of receiving product unless otherwise stated.
Please note We cannot be responsible for lost or damage product caused by the freight carrier. Insurance is available for all orders for an additional charge. If you would like your order sent insured please list so in the comment section upon checkout, and you will be billed for the additional amount. For US shipping insurance starts at $1.30. (All and any claims must be done with the freight carrier.) .
Due to Post Office backlog during the Holiday Season please allow additional shipping time for orders placed between December 1st to January 10th.

ORDERING
Use our online secure Point & Click shopping cart system to select your goods. Once you are ready to check out, go to Shopping Cart to review your order. You may add or remove items at this time before submitting order. Continue on to confirm order, once you've submitted your online order form, you will be given instructions on how to pay online. (We accept Visa or Master Charge. )
SHIPPING RATES except for pre-set shipping rates like Jewelry and Bulky items, fees are calculated on a sliding scale based on the total dollar amount of your purchase. We've adopted this system so that it would be easy to understand and be friendly to both our retail and wholesale customers. All shipping fees will be displayed within your shopping cart upon checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Items are shipped on an individual basis depending on what country and weight. Shipping cost starts at $10.00. Once your payment information is verified you will be billed the additional charges for international Shipping & Handling.
You are required to pay any and all customs and/or duty fees charged by your local customs office. It is a good idea to check with your local Customs Authority to ascertain the amount of these fees prior to placing your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Due to warranty issues, manufacturer restrictions and banking policies, we are not able to ship all products to all destinations.
- Although Master Charge and Visa are accepted for payment, your bank must verify payment. For all internatioanal orders we will only ship to addresses that matches the billing address that the bank sends your credit card statement to.
If your bank does not participate in the "Address Verification System" (which some international M/C & Visa do not), we may choose to cancel your order. If unable to verify your address you will be notified via email, your order will be canceled and payment refunded to your credit card account.
